Compost Site for Owensville City Residents

The City of Owensville has a compost site for City residents only to use for grass clippings, leaves & brush (less than 4 inches in diameter). The site is open week days M-F from 8 am-3 pm and located at 202 E Marvin Avenue - by the old power plant. This is a free drop off site to City residents for yard waste. Please follow the posted instructions at the site.

HWY 28 Paving Project

Hwy 28 , Capital Paving is scheduled to start on March 28th with milling transitions and once completed, the asphalt paving should start. Expect Delays and please use caution while driving in the work zones.
